Bubble idiot
Anytime a defender pops his bubble one of two idiots is gonna appear.
1. The idiot in the bubble, he sits in the bubble with his shot gun waiting for you to run in his bubble, get blinded and shoot you. But you never run to him, figure his trap is not worth it and you let him sit in the bubble all by himself
2. You see him pop his bubble, knowing full well he is sitting in his bubble with a shotgun waiting for you to run in there and get shot right in the gut. Knowing full well he has a buff for armor or weapon damage so you will also be out gunned when you get on the bubble with him. But by golly you wanna show him what's what.
3. I know that people don't want to vote on one of these and admit that they have been in this situation before.
Now I know this doesn't fit every single time a bubble comes around, but honestly this is pretty common. I just wanna see who will admit that they have been that idiot before

2 AntwortenFor some reason people always sit there and just look at the guy in the bubble for a couple seconds, like they are trying to decide to go away, or try to challenge him. Even better than the shotgun / bubble strategy, is to just hop out with wol & body shot someone with a sniper while they decide what to do.

As a teammate revived me, he ran up and popped a bubble [i]riiiight[/i] next to us. As the revive animation ended, I swapped to my Patch-A, hit forward, slid, pressed R2, then pressed R1. All at the same time. And hey, it worked. He shotgunned me, but my rez shield stayed up just long enough for me to live. After he died, I did my "Single T-bag of victory," which I reserve for super shutdowns (without my own super, that is). The rest of the match went well, he seemed to be a good sport about it.

If you're smart enough you'll use weapons of light and work around your bubble, not sitting and waiting.

1 AntwortenI do this a lot . I usually run no nack up plans instead of helm. They are like moths to a flame. I only really run it in control though.

The key is to stand outside distracting the guy till your teammate comes up behind and shotguns him. So satisfying

I like to pop my bubble, have a quick dance and whilst the other team are entralled by my dance moves I pop out and stick them with a grenade.

This clueless Titan was just standing in his bubble. So I went in and Arc Bladed him, even though he had Armor of light. He didn't even run or fight back.

Earlier in trials I popped a bubble on heavy. I stood in it and waited for the guy to come in. He popped golden gun. I run out the opposite side and I make him go through the blinding bubble, then when he gets outside I shoot my rocket and it kills him when it hits the wall of the bubble XD That's how it's done.
