Challenge difficulty

So I haven't posted on forums in sooooo long because it was a waste of time, and frankly, because destiny is dying. I get on once a week with my raid team on tuesday, Wednesday and possibly Thursday to raid and that is all. But that's a separate issue. I'm here to discuss raid challenge mode difficulty. So now we have seen all the challenge modes that bungie has introduced. War priest was, to my team, "do exactly what you were doing already." Easiest 320 weapon I ever earned. Oryx was a slight twist but barely a challenge. Instead of detonating it one at a time, we just detonate all at once (sorry to those of you who use the "no knight" method) which actually mitigated one of the points of failure for us as well. So again easy. Thats what I don't understand, because everyone is touting oryx challenge as the hardest. It really isn't. The hardest, IMO, is golgoroth. As you can probably tell already, my team does not cheese. We despise it. We are lactose intolerant. We don't do single orb and that's fine. We HAD dedicated golgoroth diatractors and everyone else played their parts. Now we need the whole team, on queue, to learn how to distract. This has caused so many problems on our team. Some still don't grasp the mechanics. I think golgoroth was the worst one of all. And last week we even failed one. We did everything EXACTLY as we did the previous 2 characters and the chest did not spawn to reward us on the challenge which we completed. What do you guys think is worse? I can also post tips and tricks if you need it. :) have fun guardians. Destiny wont last much longer.
