Exotic Creator studio
My idea for an Exotic Creator Studio is we should be able to have an in game studio to create exotic items and weapons that you get to make your own exotic perks and upgrade trees, but you are all probably wondering.Huh some people are going to make OP weapons and items but heres my idea to make it balanced the item or idea must have been liked or upvoted or rated by the community to say they are balanced by the other exotic standards.

it would be great to make something of my own but it would be better to assign a numerical value to available perks to restrict how powerful you could make it rather than letting others vote on it. Or have we forgotten the bitchfest the crucible turns into every time a new weapon is introduced, what I mean is you could make the coolest weapon ever made then have it voted down because some d-bag doesn't want you killing them with it.

Good idea but if everyone made exotics that got positive reviews then there would be endless updates

Its a nice thought. What I always thought was, when you infuse a weapon, you should be able to gaim their properties as well. I.e) if you used a tracking rocket launcher, to upgrade your launcher. Your launcher could learn to track.

Bad idea, because of implementation. You should have a list of allowed perk combinations already on a blank exotic weapon in game. You should be required to level up the weapon with kills only until the bubbles you want to use are unlocked and it should require literally thousands of kills to max out. The pre approved combinations would not result in a broken weapon but rather allow you to outfit you rifle as you see fit at a moments notice. Call it the "Custom Load Out."
