Disable ADS for TLW and boost damage against AI
1. Disable ADS because the Fan Fire perk will always be a huge advantage when coupled with aiming down sights for TLW
2. Damage buff against AI because this weapon has been abused and misused and nerfed and beaten to a pulp. It needs some love.
Edit: Because people are quick to judge and slow to think, i have to clarify. I am not suggesting this for me. I use TLW as intended and do fine. Its my favorite weapon, but others are complaining that the accuracy buff has brought back the former abuse that helped cause the HC nerfs in the first place. This is a suggestion. Nothing more. Theres no need to be mean. I already feel bad for responding in kind to previous comments. I wont do that again, but fact is that TLW has a massive advantage ADS, and Bungie agrees or they wouldnt have nerfed it like they have. Doesnt bother me, but I am a team player. Just offering suggestions, not mandates. Thats all.

TLW was put in the game so that there was a close-range primary weapon that could counter shotguns. If you nerf one, the other becomes a problem. Together...they are balanced. People bitch about the TLW, because they have the (unreasonable) expectation of being able to take on this weapon within its dominant range with another primary weapon. If you're trying to take on TLW at close-to-mid-range with another primary weapon, you're going to get handed your ass. Especially since Bungie refuses to buff ARs back to the point where they can keep up. This was a problem in Year One, when almost all the maps forced CQC. But on Year Two maps, there is more than enough room to BACK UP, and get out of TLWs dominant range.

3 AntwortenI think they should remove rapid fire from ADD because the gun requires the user to use their entire hand to position the hammer which seems stupid when your face is right next to it, staring down the sights

TLW gets a buff from hip fire though, not ADS. Therefore, if you're consistently getting killed by it, the enemy is probably using it from the hip. It's not the best gun to use ADS, at least in my opinion; I can hit way more shots from the hip.

If it were a range buff you'll see every crybaby on the forum asking for a nerf. Though you're asking for a nerf because it's too good against AI. You must have bumped your head. Stop making dumb irrelevant posts such as yourself. It's people like you that ruins a weapon class that's already balanced. Before this patch HC's were shit. Shots weren't registering at all and the stability sucked. If you're a year 1 you would understand exactly what I'm saying if we're talking about TLW. Anyone from year 1 should understand exactly how OP TLW was prior to all patches. What we need is to have you people stop posting on forums when you have no idea what you're taking about. You ask for a nerf when this weapon class already been hit hard with a nerf in 2.0. Get off the forum!!

4 AntwortenI'd go for this because I never ads on it. Ever. And I don't miss shots. I simply get close enough that all the shots can't miss and take advantage of the bonus damage. If they aren't that close... stillpiercer
