While I can agree that wall-tethers might need to be looked into, I completely disagree with nerfing it to any other degree. All supers are meant to either rack up kills or cancel out other super users. Void Bow is solely designed for trapping the enemy and canceling out supers, but lacks damage if it isn't a direct hit on an enemy. The way I see it, you have to prioritize it for either limited kills with Quiver/Tether Explosions or for super shutdown and area control with Black Hole.

The tether is probably one of the weakest pvp supers. It's not an [u]instant[/u] super debuff. It has a delay. FoH and nova bomb are actually stronger supers to shut down than tether because they're instant. Tether actually should have a buff for direct hits with shadowshot to strip supers instantly because having a delay is idiotic for a shutdown super. It's roughly 3-6 seconds of delay from the moment the super is activated to hitting the target and then taking away the super. Super activation 1-2 seconds+ tether travel time 1-3 seconds+tether registration activation 1-2 seconds.
