First everyone says, "Bungie doesn't listen to it's community". Now Bungie goes the EXTRA mile and sends out emails looking for feedback. Now the same people are saying, "Bungie shouldn't have to as ME how to fix their game". I wouldn't blame the people @ Bungie for having to drink themselves to sleep when they go home for the day...
