Yes! The noobs are fleeing
Half of the scrubs playing can't use pulses anymore, (shotguns are still viable sadly), no one is using scouts, and hand cannons still suck. Now the only good players will be the ones who can use pulses.
Edit: Beat the #1 sniper in rumble with Hawksaw. Pulses are still great.
