Uhhhh why are people complaining about storm caller
Sign if you think people are just endlessly complaining about crap. Storm caller is balanced, again I really don't understand what people think is over powered about them[spoiler]I don't even have a warlock lol[/spoiler]

Edit 2:Just to be clear to those who don't understand, being good and utilizing a weapon or super well does not mean it's over powered. Here's an example, Some people are complaining about mida. Like really, Mida is in no way over powered, it's just powerful in the right hand
Edit 3:Well hopefully Cozmo or someone from bungie will keep this is mind next time they decide to nerf something that hunters complain about. Keep the thread going guys!

Edit 5: Apparently some people have not actually read my post. I am not saying that storm caller should be nerfed, I'm actually saying the opposite.
Edit 6: One last thing. Have any of you guys noticed that Cozmo and bungie personnel have been replying less and less to forum post. At least it seems to me this way. Your opinion?

Now you know how us Hunters, the master race, felt when you b*tched and complained about Bladedancers for a whole year. Titan: Please... no more... nerfs... Warlock: Okay, maybe the Sunbreaker was a little OP, but that doesn't mean every other piece of equipment in the damn game needs to be nerfed along with it! Hunter: Oh crap! Bungie is about to buff auto rifles by... 7%! Oh no, that can't happen. *grabs phone* Warlock: What the hell are you doing? Hunter: Hey, Xur! I have a job for you. Xur: It is my will to speak to you. Hunter: You know that 7% buff to medium RoF Auto Rifles due this Tuesday? Xur: I think the cells of this body are dying... Hunter: Move the decimal point to the left a bit! Xur: My will is not my own... Hunter: *hangs up* Weird guy... well, I just prevented a possible OP weapon buff. What's next? Let's see, I forgot to mention something... was it handcannons? No, they got nerfed ages ago... Ah, yes, Stormcaller!! Warlock: What the hell!? I'm perfectly balanced!!! Hunter: THAT GUY JUST KILLED ME FROM WAY TOO FAR AWAY!!! IT'S SO OP!!! Warlock: I'm not overpowered, what the hell is wrong with you? Hunter: ANOTHER ONE JUST KILLED ME! WHY IS IT SO OP!!! Warlock: Shut up! Please stop, Bungie might hear you! Hunter: *pulls out megaphone* STORMTRANCE IS WAY TOO OVERPOWERED. PLEASE NERF THEM BUNGIE, NERF THEM!!! The Titan, unnoticed to this point, suddenly turns from bright orange to light blue. His broken limbs heal themselves, and he stands up vigorously. Hunter: Jim, did you just switch subcla- *drops megaphone* OH SH*T!! The Titan shoulder-charges the Hunter, sending him flying into the wall. Titan: YOU... WILL NOT... NERF... MY FRIEND!! The Titan activates his Fist of Havoc, demolishing the Hunter, and the entire wall behind him. Warlock: Why... why did you do that? Titan: You don't know the pain I've been through these past few days. I - I don't want you to share the same fate. The Hunter respawns next to the Titan. Hunter: What the hell jus- wait, that was a Fist of Panic!!!! BUNGIE, NERF THE STRIKER! Warlock: Their super wasn't even buffed, dipsh*t. Hunter: I don't care!! THEY'RE SO OP!!! Titan: What if everything you ever wanted... Warlock & Hunter: ????? Titan: WAS TO KICK SHIT IN THE FACE!? FOREVER! Warlock: What in the hell are you talking about? Titan: THEN YOU NEED PEREGRINE GREAVES!!! Titan jumps in the air, then rams his knee into the Hunter's face. Warlock: Why does he always brag about those damn things?

Stormcaller is more likely to get one than Sunbreaker (since 2.1.0), which is more likely to get one than a Bladedancer, which is way more likely to get one than every other subclass. If we keep getting nerfs, Seventh Column will be impossible to get. And it will be all you whiners' faults. I almost got one earlier, but the last enemy i killed in order to get it, was slightly too far away

I don't know. I love storm caller. The super just fine, the only super that needed merging was the hammer and now we can just rest.

It's balanced. Effective when used in the right situations and pointless when used in a large open area where people can just blast you from a distance. Plus they only have one exotic that is purely made for them, the impossible machines.

It's the only offensive super duration super (excluidng golden gun) that doesn't have health regen, on top of this, warlocks are the slowest moving and least agile class in the game, making them easy targets. You also have to spec for transcendence to get the extra duration, and have both your melee and grenade up, which takes a hit on your neutral game. Stormcaller is the only class that's benefits punish other aspects of your gameplay. It's perfectly balanced. To beat a Bladedancer, Sunbreaker or Stormcaller, you can Snipe them. Easier on stormcallers since they move so slow. Team-shoot them. Once again easier on stormcallers since they have no health regen, so if they -blam!- up they can't keep going just because they grab a lucky kill and get more health. Shotgun-Melee them. Once again, Sunbreakers and Bladedancers have the advantage. Bladedancer basically have aim-bot, and with Hammer of Sol you don't even need to directly hit your target. If some dude gets close to you all you have to do is smash the ground or wall next to you. On top of this, both will 1 hit kill a regular guardian. Stormtrance has delayed TTK

The only time I actually get annoyed is when storm caller is activated in trials, there really isn't any way to avoid it if you are close by... But then I think to myself ' he used it this round so I won't have to worry about it again... Unless the team won'

1 AntwortenI have killed +6 enemies with it, a lot of times. I kill them, they spawn right away (because they are stupid) and I kill them again. Lol. But to be fair, one headshot with a sniper. One golden gun shot. One hammer. They can be taken down, if you got a little skill.
