No they are not getting 10 meters out. Maybe 5 , but certainly not more than 5. Thats about the lenght of a car . Maybe you ran into a chaperone and he got you in the head , but still it wouldnt kill at 10 meters. it prbably wouldnt even register. At 10 meters out my conspiracy theory doesnt even register a hit , let alone kill someone.
