Titans now have the evade ability with the exotic chest piece
Titan skating needs to be removed from the game.

Yes, the Titans can evade (only in the air, right?) by equipping an exotic chest piece-- something the other classes can do for free and still wear quick revive armor. It seems like you're just salty that you let a titan skate up to you with a shotgun. Just shoot them before they get to you.
