Mom just ripped my destiny disc in half AMA
My dad got destiny for me last Christmas and he died a little over two months ago. My parents were divorced and my mom has always had severe anger issues. I was planning on moving in full time with my dad. But now I live with my mom all the time. I hate my mom. I have an average of a B and she yelled at me about my grades( it's usually higher too I've just been missing lots of school lately). I don't know what to do at this point.
EDIT 1: She said she will buy me a new one and apologized but she didn't say when
Edit 2 : I'm not getting it back and if I do I'm not allowed to play

Your mom seems like someone who shouldn't be taking care of you, and I recommend having whoever takes you in file a lawsuit against her for custody of you. It's never okay to abuse a kid under any circumstances and she clearly isn't fit to have you living with her.
