most error codes have to do with the sheer bandwidth requirements of the game, people using wifi, and people not knowing how to set up their modems and routers or have shit ones from their isp provider. or the nodes between you and everyone else you are connecting to are slowing you down from packet drops and latency so the destiny servers drop you for not responding within a certain time. very few of the error codes are a problem Bungie can actively fix.
