Radar. No hating. Amazed.
It's insane how much better I'm doing in inferno with no radar compared to regular crucible. I love it. What are your thoughts on radar.

I actually liked the "radar" in CoD, even if I didn't like the game. It makes sense it's more like a sonar than a radar.

For real! I hate the thing, I wish I could turn it off, even if just for me. It's distracting, and quite honestly, I suck at interpreting it in relation to the map. Why think, when I can just let instincts kick in. Now, when I get into a playlist where me AND my opponents lack it? Awesome. Hiding isn't even an issue if you know how to be aware. Also, decreased Special Ammo and lack of Heavy Ammo rates in Inferno makes it one of the best playlists in the game.

I really enjoyed it myself until I kept running into teams just hiding... Didn't even shoot or try to attack... They just hid, it was stupid. I played for a whole weekend and I don't know if I just had bad luck but all I got was people hiding ALL THE TIME! It kind of ruined inferno for me. Still I wish they reworked the radar so it couldn't detect people from across the map

1 AntwortenKind of like playing swat, aim down your scope for too long and you could get assassinated from behind but pin the team down and get the cornered and it makes for a very easy game.

Feel the same, dude. Love that inferno mode, only too bad not a lot of people are playing it. Inferno rumble is an intense experiance all the time :) And winning is so soo good in that mode

I'm so use to staring at my radar that I'm all messed up when I play another game. I can't stand it. Even in pve, I wish you could toggle the radar on and off. I actually enjoy the dark blade nightfall when chaff is one of the modifiers.

Not used to it. Not bothered putting in the time to play without when every other game mode has a radar. Its different and can be fun

5 AntwortenI actually prefer no radar. One of my friends is legally blind and colourblind so he physically can't use it so we always played without whenever we could in Halo.
