Just curious: How many people think Bungie will actually & finally be addressing the update bugs that have been in the system since the Taken King dropped. I know its only been 4 months but it would be appreciated if they could squeeze this into the update schedule for this year. Think of it as a Xmas present for the millions of players. ;) In case anyone has forgotten: - Patch Update shows as a version 1.xx update rather than the actual version number (e.g. 2.1.0) - Consoles may be required to update the entire (and I do mean FULL 18+ GB) patch...again.... - Update will be displayed as updating with the full patch but if you wait for 5-20 minutes it the update progress will jump from 0 to 97% then download anything from a few megs to a couple of hundred Megabytes of data. - Address the glacially slow update times. Doesn't matter if you're on a 100 Mb up and 10 Mb down....it's still going to take 30-45 minutes to get people running on anything but the tiniest patch. Large ones can take hours. - Update the Progress bar to actually show progress (then again maybe it will work properly when the above issues are handled) - Clean up the patch/update progress so that massive amounts of people do not experience authentication errors. - Authentication errors & patch errors may require 'work arounds' that consist of downloading the whole game again. And this may or may not work.
