6+ handcannon kills
So I am about to start the quest for 4 matches with 6+ handcannon kills. Does anyone have any tips? I don't use handcannons normally, and I want to get the weekly crucible bounties done. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Use hawkmoon if you have it and go for the head, it hits like a beast

Just play control good sir, longer games net you more kills. You should have no problem snaking a few kills from your team mates if you aren't to good with a hand cannon! Try going to patrol with all of your hand cannons and see which feels better on your hands :) Good luck guardian!

Handcannons kick, but the recoil normally doesn't affect your initial aim. Anticipate the recoil, so that you are already pulling the trigger for you next shot as the gun falls back in to place. It can easily become a bad habit to wait until after you sights come to a full rest, and ensure the crosshairs are still on target, and [i]then[/i] fire.

Move the circle over the target, zoom in and shoot at the same time. Try to put at least two shots down range per scope. Aim a lil to the right of the head and you should be fine. Your right not the targets.

Run some PvE patrols and try out different hand cannons until you feel comfortable with them. Then hop back on PvP with a Hawkmoon, Last Word, or First Curse if you have it. There are some legendary hand cannons, but I haven't bothered with those since the TTK patch. If you're a Hunter I recommend getting your Ace of Spades gun. It hits hard and the recoil and fire rate isn't bad once you get used to it. 3 headshots will take someone down. First curse takes some skill to be deadly with. Hawkmoon is the most forgiving and rewarding.
