Why are you still playing Destiny?
It's a serious question. I bought fallout 4, black ops, and the last of us. I haven't logged into Destiny for a month.
So why do you play? Honestly every single reward from the game is terrible. So you play the same exact strikes and raids for gear that is a higher number and that won't even matter in weeks or months... Video games are suppose to be fun and I don't see how players are still enjoying Destiny. I actually am embarrassed I grinded the same missions, strikes and raids for glimmer, marks and obsolete gear.... Do yourself a favor and buy some new games this holiday season.
Edit 1: This is meant towards day 1 players. The players who have logged in 1000+ hours. If you still grind nightfalls and daily missions every week to get marks and buy silver and go on patrol for bounties; you are addicted. Buy a new game please, I promise it gets better!

Edit 4: I guess people aren't realizing. If you post a negative comment, you get a negative remark. If you post positive feedback, you get a positive remark! Funny how that works!

1 AntwortenI've played since Day 1. I remember being excited as hell picking it up come the midnight release. Now I play here and there, but I'm not as eager as I used to be about it. I picked up Fallout 4 and love it; The only reason I'm still playing has to 100% be the clan I've been with since November of last year. I like some of the content, but it eventually gets dragged out. I would really like them to make the old raids and Prison of Elders relevant again so there's more to do throughout the week. There's just so many possibilities at them making this game better, yet they choose not to. It's unbelievable and were I not so close with the people I've met on here, I doubt I'd be playing now.

4 AntwortenHaven't in the past few weeks aside from picking up armsday stuff but there's nothing wrong with that. Will definitely hop on for Sparrow Racing and the new patch. Then maybe take a break until something else happens. Birdman personally plays Destinoodle because he thinks it's fun and he likes it. ( * v * )

Destiny,I will admit,is getting very annoying. But if you don't focus on everything annoying and just mess around with friends,it's fun. I've been playing halo 5 and battlefront 3 for a week or two but once in a while,its nice to go back to 360 and hangout with friends.

If you are having fun, then you're doing it right. People need to get out of the idea that games all games are supposed to be too tier GOTY worthy.

Since 99.9% of us don't get paid to play video games, it's not wasted time regardless of what game; because it's just for entertainment and to escape the real world. Your whole OP is passive/aggressive. Its fine if you want to start a discussion to see why people still play, but it doesn't seem to me you care about that. I like doing the raids. Sometimes Pvp but I really like how raids work.
