Imagine if other developers copied their business practices and treat their customers with such contempt after copying bungievisions way's.

47 AntwortenOnly problem is.. Destiny isn't dying. Destiny has a solid playerbase. Trials and strikes are still running, so is crucible, the tower is always populated. Again, Destiny isn't dying.

4 AntwortenDestiny is not dying. With D2 coming and taken king out, I think it is far from over.

1 AntwortenDestiny will live forever!

2 Antwortenlol... this one thinks itself clever...

How is it dying. Do you watch the same thing all the time or do you switch it up when something else is also on? Kids these days don't get it
-
1 AntwortenYou mean the copying Bungie has done from just about every retail company in existence? Your business acumen is staggering. Truly staggering.

3 AntwortenBearbeitet von R merc G: 12/1/2015 12:43:05 AMLike all the other games selling some of their content for a season pass add-on and including pay-to-win microtransactions in full retail products? Why do people think this is a Destiny problem and not a problem with AAA gaming in entirety? Putting on Destiny hate goggles seems to blind people to the fact that all the other games they buy every year follow similar practices. Whether or not Destiny "dies" is inconsequential. People will still pre-order, still buy games on day one, and still buy season passes. Until they pull their collective heads out of their asses and be responsible customers instead of impulsive children, these business practices will not go away.

I just want to know what makes you think its dying? Where do you see signs of it dying?

2 AntwortenBro you just described cod

14 AntwortenUmmm bungie has actually been pretty good and decent about it. I don't understand the anger. If you try other actual MMOs, then you'll really start to realize what a "grind" is and what micro transactions with in-game benefits are. Look at ESO even. All the things that destiny players complain about and fear, are in ESO. It's normal for them.

Bearbeitet von ManualLabor23: 12/1/2015 12:15:10 AMOP is stating the obvious, people are still gonna play this while the forums run rampant of the people who don't like this game. But that's none of my business tho Edit: didn't even know what the topic was actually on. Posted anyway

Destiny is not dieing and other development companies do as they do already and have before Bungie ever did this. And no it cannot and will not be stopped ever by any amount of crying on the internet about it ever. So get over it and yoursefl.

1 AntwortenI personally love destiny and it melds games I loved wow, halo etc nicely. Part mmo part shooter works for me. Unfortunately I am upset because they haven't realized like wow that single players need to be able to get better light levels. Saying to your playerbase that it's raid/trials or never get 300 plus light is dumb. Even if it's monumentally hard and a grind give us a way to get some light level items higher than 300. I enjoy the once a month iron banner but something we can do solo or matchmaking to have a chance at regular raid level items would be nice. I used to raid constantly but I was in a motorcycle accident and I am not confident enough to go into a raid and be berated by 16 year olds so I don't. Give solo players matchmaking please. Make it tedious, hard whatever I don't care just do it. Wow introduced matchmaking for their raids and it was a huge success.

Bearbeitet von dnrobs: 11/30/2015 11:23:06 PMi agree sort of,because it will remove a loot based game and they are few and far between.but if it meant bungie died at the same time.ill accept the risk. the bit i dont get is everyone blames activision, yet diablo 3 has had one dlc in almost 3 years.
