Why hasn't Sunbreaker been addressed?
Not really sure if I'm going to play this game in December after three months of an awfully broken subclass deciding every type of Crucible match.
So, what's the -blam!-ing deal?
Highest armor? Check.
Highest super damage resistance? Check.
Super damage that out trades all other supers with charges? Check.
A perk allowing heals from any range you can land a hammer? Check.
An exotic armor piece that allows for perk combination: Roving, healing rocket launcher? Check.
Bad neutral game, you say?
Combustion seems to be a Viking funeral grenade, Cauterize works on all of their solar abilities, and fusion/incendiary grenades don't need to be discussed.

It's no where near as bad as before. People are learning to deal with it, but yes it does need a nerf. Even something as simple as a delay on the health regen or slow movement speed when super is active Keep the whole sub class except when you pop hammer it's 50% movement speed. There's your tank

They know that shit is over powered to the point where it completely changes the outcome of a game. Any super should be countered with a neutral game. Yeah hunters were number one in year one but they weren't that difficult. Cmon golden gun could easily be taken out with a snipe to the head and most ppl suck with GG cuz they can't aim. Bladedancers super is messed up with its short stop being applied more than actually hitting the person. You just wait for a bladedancer to come close and snipe him with your shotgun and he is down. Hungering blade I can see was needed for that class cuz you have to get close to your opponent not throw a mini nova bomb cross map to heal. I main a warlock before you all accuse me of being a hunter. What I'm saying that the super is a game changer and should be shit down by a neutral game because that's a risk/reward situation. I should not have to only use a super to take down a sunbreaker or have to use one specific gun to take him down. You guys know that it's OP because it's the only super that when you pop it you give absolutely 0 fücks running into a group of guardians because you already know.

6 AntwortenHere's some ways to beat sunbreakers -suppressor grenades -tether -FOH -Nova bomb -black spindle (headshot will kill them even if they have max armor) -one sniper shot and one primary shot -more than one competent team mate -grenades stick and one primary shot -run away when you hear the super activate -use your own super to kill them -invective - 4th horseman, this thing melts through anyone even when they're in the super ^^^this is why, because it's not a problem

18 AntwortenRemeber when Gunslingers had the best grenade rivaled only by suppressor grenade. Remeber when blink was blatantly overpowered. Remeber when Sunsingers had the tankiest super in the game. Remeber when Sunsingers had grenades that practically guaranteed a kill. Remeber when Bladedancer had Lucky Raspberry and arc bolt spam Remember the crazy good combo of Trance/Woe. Remember that Warlock on hit overshield or burn that lasted forever. Remember that time when hunters had the best evasion tool in the game. Remember when they had on demand invisibility. Remember when........ HoS needs a rework, sunbreaker does not. But I bet regardless of class or weapom you'd still bitch about whatever was killing you. Sunbreaker has a shit neutral game compared to ANY other subclass.

Dunno, but I was playing Elimination and the enemy popped a Sunbreaker on a CQ map. So we hid to wait it out and he taunted us for not fighting him. That's how you know it's gone too far.

Two sniper shots to kill a sun breaker, if you can strafe and snipe well you can shut them down in seconds. I Main one and love taking them on in the crucible, feels good shutting them down!
