All in all I gave an answer why so many of us love our 2nd amendment right yet only recieved hate and insults without any provocation. Oh and apparently It's just because I'm a "hick" So What are your thoughts on gun ownership gaurdians? *Edit #1- Tried to update the poll But could not change it in order to add the "Agree with 2nd amendment but support reforms" As an option, therefore picking neutral or commenting is acceptable as a response. *Edit #2- I appreciate the feedback and the (mostly) mature responses! And continue to vote, I want to see what the entire community thinks! *Edit #3- In order to clear up some questions directed to me, My opinion is that I obviously support the right to bear arms. I also am not entirely against reform to have a better screening for background checks, people with criminal history should not be afforded the right to a dangerous weapon with real responsibility when they have proven they themselves are not responsible with normal civil law. Severity of criminal activity would dictate the outcome IE- Murder, theft, rap3, or any other serious conviction. However I do not agree with registration. Time and time again the Government has proven ineptness with such matters and leaves to question just how much leeway and power they could use such a foothold on our sacred rights. I do not (as many others I suspect feel the same) trust my government or have full faith they have our "best interest" at heart. They have proven they do not. *Edit #4- I am sorry there are no bear arms here :( Sorry to dissapoint some of you looking to have a grizzly hug and whatnot *Edit #5- Destiny has guns...Bungie will one day nerf all your weapons to uselessnes then you will see you naysayers~shakes fist in air~ Just adding some relevancy to the post so people will stop complaining about how offtopic this is.
