Anyone ever gotten an exotic engram without 3oC?
The 3oC description say it INCREASES the chance of an exotic after killing an ultra so I assume that it's possible to get one without 3oC.

I was terrible at the time, so obviously I was at the bottom of the leaderboard with a 0.34 KD. But there it was, an Exotic Engram. I took it to the Cryptarch, who decrypted it into my very first Exotic, the Universal Remote. Unfortunately, at the time, shotguns were completely useless to me. Didn't know how to properly use them or control the recoil, so I placed it in the Vault. Been there ever since.

ONLY with three of coins

I had an exotic helmet engram drop from the second shade of Oryx in normal mode (didn't have time to pop a ToC for the second one). I had a ToC popped for the first shade, but not the second.

Before ttk yes but since ttk I'm always using 3oc

I've never had one drop without a 3oC but I have had 2 drop from a single 3oC. Not sure how that worked but I guess you could say 1 dropped because of the coin and the other just dropped because of RNG, who knows?

3 AntwortenI always assumed a 3oc gave you the chance to get an exotic engram, therefore there was no chance without one. Could be wrong but I've never saw one drop at all in year one.

3 AntwortenI saw a video of a guy getting an exotic engram drop from an acolyte but when he went to decrypt it was a green engram. Gamertag found Exotic Engram appeared in the corner.

I have had exotics pop from legendary engrams two or three times in the last month.

I have gotten at least 20 exotic engrams with out 3 of coins. You have to run heroic strikes with the shittiest weapons u have to increase drop rate.

My brother got one to drop without a 3oC
