Give me a reason to switch from old gen Xbox to new gen Xbox
I have been researching lately that old gen players on their consoles (including PS3) have not been getting the benefits of a average new gen player in destiny. I play on old Xbox 360 and I love Destiny do not get me wrong, however I am disappointed with Bungie. I play Destiny pretty averagely and know the mechanics, but I notice that new gen players are getting extra benefits in Destiny that us old gen players cannot get all because they spent 400$ worth of what, better graphics? That is stupid how I sit and enjoy my day of playing Destiny knowing that I spent an average of 140+ dollars on a game that does not give you what you have payed for. I guess what I am trying to say is the old gen should not be pushed away from the goodies just because they are not new and improved.

Don't upgrade because destiny I did and lost TTK in 360 and I ain't buying it again for one Battlefront is nice but gets repetitive rapidly halo 5 is more fun, haven't tried Fallout 4 but it seems great still you could wait till more good tittles are released

You're playing on hardware that's a decade old. FFS, appreciate that your console was even considered for the game. Your console preference is holding the game back. We're seeing more and more of that, and fortunately the things that you aren't receiving are warning signs that your shit stinks. You need to either accept that you will get much less for the same price, or buy a new console and stop being part of the problem.

Literally BO3 for Old Gen is reaso enough why you should move on to new Gen. Literally no one is going to truly support it next year. Like they have the past few years. 360/PS3 are dead game wise but never get rid of it. [spoiler]If it's a money issue I guarantee you if you take your old console and games and take it to Gamestop during the thanksgiving weekend you'll get $150 tops for it and that'll cover half a xbone and two free games. I said the same thing. Stayed away from Destiny on the X1 for almost 6 months while I still played on the 360. Eventually most of my clan mates converted and I made the leap too...and just based on the graphical performance I will never regret it. Trust me, you will not look back. Make the leap...

Both next gen consoles have their share of bugs and shit, but a Ps4 is probably the better bet. I have both of them. Well, had. My Xbone stopped working the third day I had it.

The system is 10 years old. If you can't afford a new console you don't deserve the right to complain about new games because you definitely are not a gamer. If you had saved just shy of $4 a week since launch you would have enough for an Xbox one now.

Get a ps4. Early dlc for all games including destiny. Halo sucks.

3 AntwortenYou don't quite seem to grasp what people on the next generation of console actually paid for or why they receive certain benefits that people on the old generation cannot. Quite simply, it is hardware limitation. The new gen consoles are more powerful than the old gen consoles, and this extends to more than just graphics. Memory, processing power, etc... You aren't being punished or neglected because Bungie feels like being cruel to you. You are neglected (or at least will be) because the hardware you are using simply cannot handle as much as the new generation of hardware can. To give both new gen and old gen an equal experience would be to literally hold the new generation back. And that would be unfair, because it would mean the developer is actively refusing to add elements into the game that they are fully capable of adding to one console, just because another console wouldn't be able to handle it. You can't compare a ten-gallon bucket to a twenty-gallon bucket. The twenty-gallon bucket will always be able to hold more water. Wouldn't be right to demand the other bucket get filled less just because yours can't be filled more. I know you're not asking for the new generation to be held back though, you just want the old generation to receive the same goodies. Unfortunately, that just isn't practical. The systems are not capable of the same things.

There's never been a better time. You can keep your old games with backwards compatibility. Xbox one is 300 bucks for the 500 gigs console and a free game. Old gen will not be supported by Microsoft next year and games will not be compatible with old gen. The graphics are way better
