To all of the MIDA bandwagoners...
You'll be pretty disappointed when you realized that it's a well balanced weapon. It rewards the defensive, mobile player. Is it very good? Yes. Will it give you easy kills like Tborn and TLW? No. It's not even the best scout right now, with that title going to tlaloc.

1 AntwortenI love MIDA. I switch it in for Bad Juju on medium range maps. Excellent fire rate on top of increased movement speed for strafing. Now I just need Universal to make it into year two. It's always fun decimating people using special shoguns as a primary with a real primary shotgun.

Tlaloc=mida, but only when tlaloc user super is full. Thus, mida>tlaloc all other times

Already use the old one. I like the speed, RoF, and 3rd eye. I'm excited to get better rewards while using it.

Defense is the best offense. I've outgunned plenty of 2-3 players with it. Watching people miss their Pulse shots and taking a dirty dump on them is what I'm gonna cherish.

6 AntwortenYou can check my stats to see I'm a scout fan. I rocked MIDA all through year 1. Boolean isn't bad, but I need my MIDA back.

1 AntwortenMIDA won't give you easy kills but if you're smart you'll almost always come out on top. I find its best with a hunter. Bones of Eao with Better Control jump and MIDA will make you a very fast hunter capable of jumping through the enemy lines without dying. You can even escape a Sunbreaker. MIDA with Khepri's Sting is still my favourite. With the invis and 4x backstab damage you can shut down any guardian. MIDA moves you at almost running speed while walking so you won't disrupt your invis by running. I guess ultimately what I'm saying is that MIDA won't give you super easy kills, but it'll give you a strategic advantage. If you're smart you'll use the speed to pick up a weak link or boost your strong points. After all it's called Multitool not Multiweapon; it's just a regular scout rifle with a speed boost.

pulses are getting nerfed so it would be pretty viable as it has a faster fire rate than normal scouts and would be pretty good in most cases

If pulses can finally just go back where they came from, mida will be great fun to play with again.

1 AntwortenYear 1 Mida in Curcible right now is pretty strong. If they don't change the perks that much Year 2 Mida will be 1 of the best weapons.

I used MIDA all the time in Y1, when I wasn't being forced to use my Gjallarhorn or my Icebreaker. I thought it was the best-balanced weapon in Year 1, especially for an Exotic. Still, I hope Bungie didn't change it too much. The stability and the reload on that thing were crazy.
