Strike boss drops
Is it possible to get the strike related special drops from doing the specific strike or do I have to do a random playlist for them. For example if I want the auto rifle from Taniks could I just run the shadow thief nonstop or does it have to be a random?

You can run any difficulty. Nightfall seems to provide the best drop rates though so if you want that AR then this week is the week to grind.

No clue..never heard anything saying they HAD to be random. Go find out and let us know :)

Works on both. Doesn't matter. Drop rate a bit higher on nightfall or heroic playlist.
