from the Iron Banner i got a 306 chest and
a 310 artifact from an ultra drop while doing patrol

Now I'm 305 !!!

Sweet. Now that you're lvl 300 your exotic engrams have a chance of dropping at 310, which helps A LOT. Trust me.
