Is it a PS4 exclusive? Yes or No.
Don't answer if you don't know. I don't mind the comments but I want a definitive answer. Got a ton of exotic chest pieces and I need to know if I should transfer them all to my titian. Don't need to hear "that doesn't work blah blah" just want a straight forward answer. Please.

No and no. It has dropped for a few players as a glitch but you shouldn't expect it to work.

No and no. Apparently some people have it this far but it doesn't officially come out or made easier to obtain until the December update.
