Snipers Suck All Fun From Pvp
Honestly I've never complained about a gun or asked for a nerf & I'm not doing asking for one now but come on. Everyone who honest with themselves or isn't using snipers know that snipers in this game have sucked all fun out of pvp. Most of these maps people already know exactly where to stand for the whole match & aim they 1000 stare at head lvl the whole game running round doing this the whole match. & it's a lot of you people doing this, Bungie you have yo fix this it's getting out of hand. Please just follow what other shooting games like cod & etc. do & add in sway & hold breathe because being able to just aim these snipers & the dot just sits there head level without moving until someone passes by which then aim assist steps in & follows you while all you have to do is pull the trigger is ridiculous. I can't do a match now without snipe everywhere I go please add in sway do not allow people to cheese everyone anymore

4 AntwortenI understand the issue. A sniper myself, I've noticed everybody is using them and it really is annoying. But a nerf would be a horrible idea. If they lower damage or impact or anything like that, it will be a lot harder to kill In the raid, especially warpreist, golgoroth, and ogres

Bungie isn't going to nerf tactics so quit crying nerf. Learn to counter snipes (and it's not that hard). I'll take on a sniper any day over blink shot gunners. If you're constantly getting sniped, then you're being too impatient.

3 AntwortenHere, in the crucible, people fights fire with fire When the fusion rifles were op, people only used murmur, vex and some others When the Thorn was op, it was a miracle if in the entire 6v6 match 10 of them weren't using it, then you realize that they were using the Hawkmoon or the Last Word Same with the shotguns, all the time in all the times And now, snipers This probably started when somebody landed some headshots using the 1000 yard, other player said "WTF" and bought one too, and then another, and then another, and then... Now we have a lot of snipers in crucible, enought to make the biggest christmas tree decoration of all the times, and the less multi-colored too I'm not going to lie, I started using a Yasmin recently, and I got (a bit) gud Just let them have their 2-4 months of fun, wait for a nerf and then study the new meta, repeat It's the only solution that I found

Just like gears 3 had certain playlists, like shotguns only, so should destiny have a non sniping playlist and let the sniper punks snipe each other silly

Rofl. OP's only positive crucible ratio class is a titan, and its because of Sunbro. Nice 56 Hammer and Tongs Medals but low amount of WoD and FoH medals.

4 AntwortenThere are just 3 things to remember: 1. If someone snipes you and it wasn't a lucky shot/quickscope, then remember where it happened 2. Don't repeatedly walk out at normal level to places that happens 3. Don't get angry and keep trying to take down the same guy by repeatedly trying to outshoot him with a primary when he's already nicely lined up for a noggin shot That's it. 50% of the snipers in this game are like me - terrible to average at best. But I still clock up sniper kills without too much grief. The thing is, there are a whole lot more people who always, always walk round corners or into sniper lanes again and again and again without taking any precautions. They don't jump, crouch or slide - just a casual stroll at normal level straight into your sights that then only need a small left/right adjustment. And then they get mad, and come at you again because they NEED that payback medal. It's just another element of map knowledge. No one is asking for fences around the out of bounds areas because you learn not to walk off the map. With snipers you just have to learn where they will be hardscoping - which given there aren't that many places you can do it safely for that long is a MUCH better scenario than Felwinter shotgunners being able to take you out from 6 miles away at any point on any map. Bonus tip: equip a sword as your heavy and use 3rd person view to check round corners if you're not sure. Sometimes helps.

Looks like Snipers will be the next nerf. 1st Autos because of the Suros. Then Hand Cannons because of Thorn and TLW. Now pulses because they are the only thing that isn't shit. Now complaints about Snipers.

Bearbeitet von Passionate_Thug: 11/24/2015 5:48:51 PMIt is kind of lame when your on a close quarters map and you rush in expecting a good pulse or auto battle and you get sniped by the guy who set himself up while everyone else raced into battle or capped a zone. And those kids who are sniping usually have shit stats at end of match that show that they did nothing or very little to help the team. Ok we get it you can hit me in the head while im running towards someone else. Bravo. Now beat me in a one on one gun battle where we are both engaged.
