Thank God Bungie is nerfing the Eirene. Foot shots should have never awarded a 1-shot kill.

To the Desticles defending/excusing LITC...You have no argument. Randomly awarding players a 1-hit kill when they miss their headshot creates inconsistencies. Good gameplay comes from predictable, stable, balance.
Any type of RNG has no place in pvp. If you want a level playing field you would not support random free kills.

If you have a negative k/d you're a crucible blueberry, and your opinions are treated as such. Your thoughts are as valuable as a potatoes.

Lol, it wasn't even a big deal. That snipers lack of great aim assist needed a decent perk like that. It gave it a nice 25% chance back-up in case you missed the head. If you aim for the body for every shot, you don't know how to snipe and are only getting a 1/4 of the kills you would normally get if you just instead aimed for the head. Disclaimer: I personally don't care that they are making it for precision only because I just use it for the Knights in the Oryx encounter. When LitC proc's on a headshot, it is a one-shot headshot. Honestly, 1000 Yard Stare is far more fruitful, even without LitC.

2 AntwortenI am a sniper and i believe that true success comes through the things that are difficult and I am happy the luck in the chamber nerf is coming, for the weapon itself is not difficult to use. So if you use this unskillful sniper, I am afraid that I'll will haft to consider you something people like to call, a noob

6 AntwortenIt really wasn't that bad. If you're aiming for the body for a 1/4 chance to get a kill, you're sniping wrong. Not to mention, it had bad aim assist compared to other snipers.

1 Antwortennot every sniper is a noob, just those guys who use luck in the chamber are, thats for sure. That's why I didnt pick up the rank 3 eirene from the gunsmith 2 weeks ago, I just took the rank 2 variant

I'm not mad. I only got it to have a high dps sniper for pve. Ive been loving my eirene with clown cartridge and performance bonus for pvp.

2 AntwortenIm glad of the nerf. I bought a second eriene without litc for that reason. Just felt dirty if I missed and instakill. So hence the second one. But along with that and the minor nerf to snipers. Im hoping it cuts down on snipers as a whole so I can get back to practicing.
