280 IB gear?!
Xur sells 280 gear exotics to anybody that has coins. The fact that you have to grind through the iron banner all week to buy 280 gear isn't really appealing. It should start at a higher basal value. At least 290

Do you not have gear to infuse with? If you don't that's your own fault. I can literally make a 280 piece into a 300 piece with blues in my vault.

5 AntwortenU wrong once u reach rank 5 u get hosts and armour over 310 from packages, I am rank 5 and still playing, and had 3 ghosts drops 311,315, and one 319,, but I think only the gost drops over 310 as a drop

Don't buy anything until Monday night, or whenever you know will be the last time you play before reset. Gear drops as rewards. I've only played two days so far for a total of 6 hours, and I've received 290 gauntlets and a 298 chest piece.

Drops are getting better. Saw two people get the chest piece at 300+. And the artifact for reaching rank 3 is 310. That and I'm actually having fun.

5 AntwortenOnce you hit rank 5 do items drop at the end of games that aren't being sold? I know that they drop in the rank 5 package but do they drop as rewards too?

If you grind to Rank 5, you will get gear much higher than 280. The vendor is just there as a back up, if you don't get any drops with better rolls than the vendor has.

Besides the trouble with getting gear thats lower light level alot, IB is having great drops. One of my team mates even had a 300+ blue drop for them last night. I didn't even know blues could go that high... as far as IB gear, in 7 or 8 games all of us had chest or arms drop at least once... most had multiple drops. Only one of us was level 3... rest were mid level 2s

2 AntwortenOk here is what my experience on this matter is. I've had two chest plates drop for me so far. One was at 309 and the other at 304. Yes, the vendor is selling at 280, but there was such a wide spread in the stats that it's easy for me to say I'll buy the 280 piece and infuse my 309 into it so the piece fits my play style. I believe any player that sticks with the IB event till Tuesday, should score enough gear to get something they want.

I was skeptical too but I tried playing anyway, the 2nd game after I reached level 2 I got a 304 chest!!! I'll play until well beyond level 5 to see what else I can get. Oh, I'm level 295 so that 304 chest was nice!

The drops are coming in over 300 alot of times, i got 303 arms and 309 arms and 310 artifact and 297 chest, the vendor is selling them lower light but the more you play the better the drops become.
