I was a "True" 30,32,34 but I will not be 320
It's too much effort for lack of a reward. Someone like me who put up with even the VoG RNG enough to hit 30, is not willing to get 320. It's RNG to get something, than RNG on its light.
Basically Kings Fall is thought of as a bad raid even to players like me who are up for a grind, purely because of the loot.
Edit: For those saying you can't because of artifacts, that's not the point, I'm not getting 319 either.

2 AntwortenThere is only 1 319 in all of Destiny. the person that got it recreated characters multiple times a week since hard mode came out. They did this on purpose to increase the grind.

Yeah I guess they are doing that to keep you grinding. I just want to finish the Hard Raid. I have gotten to Oryx but I have yet to take him down.

I feel you do. Honestly King Fall is a good raid and was fun. But I am not going to bother playing it week after week just to get a chance at 320 items. Not worth my time with all the new games coming out this holiday

1 AntwortenInstead of removing RNG, they made raids have 2x the amount of RNG. Not only do they use it to determine which items you get, but now the quality of said items.

The luck of a 320 artifact from IB or trials makes it seem impossible to ever archive 320 since that's the only way to have a chance at them.

It's pretty improbable that anyone would reach 319 so why try?

Oh also, for those of you who don't know this, in PvE right now 315 is considered max level. Anything higher than 315 really doesn't help THAT much. If you get 315 then you are a max level guardian. 320 will just be a "na na na boo boo, stick your head in doo doo" kind of thing.

1 AntwortenAt least you've managed to do hard raid - there are so few people on Destiny now I haven't even got to give it a go. No way am I doing LFG either - that never ended well. So I couldn't care less about getting 310-320 level gear. More chance doing trials bounties anyway!

I've cleared every raid, every Trials, every Iron Banner to Rank 5 and every Nightfall on every character. I'm maxed at Light Level 317.75... It's so apparent with the time gated content and horrid and purposefully shit on the player RNG and material nerfs (basically the never let shit anything benefit the player approach from Bungie) that this game is ready for a mass exodus. I am the same. I could put up with the grind IF they made it so you got a guaranteed weapon or armor drop from each HM encounter. It really blows going through the whole raid and only getting 1 drop (which is less light than what you already have.) If they changed that one thing, it would be more bearable for me.
