Where is France exactly? Also, why should I care? Not being insensitive, but I haven't seen France do much for the world lately. Last thing I remember them doing was pulling the US into Vietnam and then running like little girls.

People changing shader colours (in a game of violence) or profile pictures, what exactly does this "do" (genuine question)? I feel for the people that have been terrorised, I have family in France and a colleague in Paris.

Look I do feel terrible for what happened but don't try telling people what to do. I will not wear another countries colors and represent them because they had a tragedy. America had one as well. It was about 14 years ago. Where were all these other countries sporting our colors? I mean if I wore another countries colors that would be treason. This thread was an attempt to get attention and it worked. Even if I were to wear the shader which in fact is meaningless, it would not mean the same thing to me as it would any of you. I assume most people on here couldn't actually find Paris on a map and are just saying they don't care because it's not their country I think the forum response would be different for a terrorist attack in USA because of the number of people from there OP was an attempt to bring people together against a terrorist attack on a western country, but it just seems to have highlighted community hate and ignorance
