Should LitC be removed from the Eirene?

3 AntwortenVoted no, dismantled mine. Wish I could use Stillpiercer on all 3 characters but prefer 1KYS for Warlock and Titan. LitC isn't that great for PVP, goes good with Final Round on a Hand Cannon with a small mag if that can even be rolled still. It's a nice surprise if you miss head but you wouldn't want to rely on it proccing. There are better perks for a sniper for PVP

I don't think it's as big as a problem as final round was in year one because it's random. You don't know when it is going to proc most of the time

Sorry they rolled a god tier sniper with an absolute gorgeous scope with [b][i][u]SUPER[/u][/i][/b] low aim assist. Not my fault. :)

This is a very topical question to ask. To me I think it shouldn't proc in level based PvP matches like ToO or IB. I can't tell you how many times someone 20 light levels below me 1 shot me simply cause they got that lucky shot off. Maybe not remove it but maybe decrease the dmg it procs for like they did with gjallarhorns wolf pack rounds.

No people need to stop crying about this. Most of the time most players are going for headshots. To hope that 25% chance will happen is foolish. Just like all the people crying for nerfs to most of the things in crucible. Thorn goes away shot guns being effective is hardly there and now its sniper rifles and litc on them. Sooner or later its going to be people ads to fast on snipers and boom snapshot and scopes that increase ads are gone. Your parents cant hold your hand forever grow up and learn how to deal with it or shut up about this stuff.

I used to use Eirene for pvp until i got the Promontory last week. I prefer to use my Glass Promontory (similar to Praedyth's Revenge in how it is used) for pvp and my Eirene for pve just because it helps a lot. If Eirene were to lose LitC, i would no longer want to use it for the raid as a replacement for Black Spindle. Also, when I used the Eirene in Trials, i think out of all 9 games, almost all my sniper kills were headshots and only a few body shots. And double-taps for sunbreakers of course. One of them was an "accidental" double body shot kill (i still had a full magazine btw, so i had no way of knowing if it was the lucky round or not.) I probably would not have been able to go flawless that day if i hadn't been saved by the lucky round.

Personally only fire at the body when I've got another sniper pointed at me. Other then that situation, aim for the head or git gud

4 AntwortenLiTC should only be on low impact snipers to prevent one shot kills to the body; in its current state it is too OP. I use a sniper to take people's heads off at range, not shoot them in the body and pray that RNG goes my way.

I have seen some serious [b][u]BS[/u][/b] with luck in the chamber procing. It was supposed to add rewards to precision shooting, but oi vey.
