Sometimes my whole group will use ToM for the war priest but if the majority of people are using snipers & youre that one guy with ToM, what should the bubble buff be?
Obviously weapons of light.
If youre the titan & making it blessings for personal use, you are hindering your team.

Don't tend to need weapons anymore. Light levels are high enough to do enough damage. Blessing is useful to avoid those random deaths etc.

I disagree. Weapons give a major buff when stacked with tether. War Priest can go down in one round basically. But to each of their own, I suppose.

Blessings is useless in the raid, imo

It actually isn't so bad for Oryx. We use it for the echo/shade cause we use the ToM in there. Also works good for clearing Ogres as well (saves ammo).

No one said anything about hogging a Titan bubble? Where did you come up with that? I think it's pretty obvious that if the whole group has spindles and there is only one bubble what should be done. That is not debatable, but no one was saying that. The argument was whether one person with a malice and blessings would out dps a spindle of the same skill level and all things being equal. Any raider who actually uses the malice outside of sisters and oryx knows it will out damage a spindle.

No you will not out dps a spindle of equal light. I can honestly get all 23 shots off on the priest and switch to my primary. I would be using the quillus if it ever dropped a harrowed version. I ran with a group that used ToM for every fight too. They even did it for golgoroth. I was easily the highest dps on the screen. I do however think it's a viable strategy but I ran with a spindle group and we got him way below half on the first go.

It makes no sense to use a malice there and anyone doing so over a sniper is a Buffoon. Those people clearly do not know how to use malices.

Also, isn't damage output determined by total light and not single weapon light.

It is to assume you use the ToM with a bubble on warpriest, that's why I mentioned my example. as someone said below me, I'll let the team decide, kinda like the atheon fight (snipers or rockets? Both can cause issues). Edit: Already know ToM does more than spindle without any buffs.

My point is, why not always run both :) But if you only have one titan, weapons is the way to go
