Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time had a larger open world than destiny
This game came out over a decade ago. And it had a larger and more interesting open world.
It had actual secrets. Not crap that was time gated and not the Bullshit carrot that Bungivsion holds In front of our noses.
Just thought I should put that out there.

Would be pretty fun too actually. Especially if I didn't have to rely on the internet to figure them out, or at least have them beat me to them and spoil it. Though I share the blame there just as well. Also Majoras Mask is the best one.

8 AntwortenI think I may be in the minority for liking Wind Waker so much. Truly open world because of the sailing. That's what drew me to AC: Black Flag also.

When you started playing the oldest kid said "hey lets change the rules!" You didnt want to change the rules because they were perfect and all the other kids thought so too. But, the bigger kid said he would beat you up and steal your bike if they didnt change, so you had to change the rules and now the game sucks. Thats what happend. You are playing that game.

Now, game companies are more focused on how much they can possibly nickel and dime their playerbase rather than putting out a quality product. Bungie/Destiny epitomizes all that is wrong with today's gaming industry: putting out as little content as possible for as much money as possible. Spyro had more content than Destiny will probably have in the next 3 years combined. Bethesda is one of the only gaming companies left with any integrity.

3 AntwortenBungie has already admitted the world of Destiny is limited by last gen consoles. Not that I'm blaming last gen console owners. Destiny wouldn't have been as successful as it is without last gen.
