What's With the General "-blam!- Bungie" Attitude?
It's not even about microtransactions, nerfs, content, etc. No matter what, people on these forums simply love to shit all over the creators of this game.

This is nothing new. I saw the same kinds of posts for SOE back when I played Star Wars Galaxies. Nothing but complaints about how Sony didn't care, or still hasn't fixed something. I think the complaining is what caused them to implement the great nerf (new game experience) which killed the game.

I love destiny but I get really frustrated that Bungie doesn't show any indication of offering support for a competitive destiny pvp scene

There's never balance, they just target something and turn it into unusable shit. Festival of the Lost made me like them some more. I really hope they have more events like this.

I'm a huge Bungie fan and will continue to play / support this game until it stops being fun but the game we were promised years ago and what we ended up with our two completely different games and that is why most people are upset. I fall into that category.

Cryptic lies all backed by ToS agreements. Taken King cut off anyone who did not purchase the content. All while also blocking some content from taken king owners. Timegated quests. RNG. Blah, blah, blah.......

I for one think it's a great game. People will always find something to complain about. It's got the grind of bigger mmo style games, the fps aspect instead of keyboard face smashing, and actual raids/strikes. I could only ask for more content at this point.

7 AntwortenI asked this question a year ago and never got a good answer. I came into this game with zero expectations because I didn't pay any attention to production or ads and I love it. It gets boring at times but I just take a break and play another game.

It's a 7/10 game at the moment, there are good points like the shooting, artwork and bad guys. Bad points like no story, cut content and not really knowing which direction to take the game so it's a bit trial and error. Plus all the changes and people leaving prior to release. I think the trust is gone with most people tbh. Destiny 2 is where the deliverance will be. Other gaming companies will have noticed this for sure and if they can deliver a better game than their competitors taking the cash that will push quality but to the investors its all about the return of profits.

Bearbeitet von Pixel Crisis: 10/27/2015 5:26:35 PMBungie did bring the microtransaction idea to Activision (who chose to move on it) which I don't like ... emotes should simply be in the game (they're coming from the same Activision / Blizzard that does WoW - which just comes with all the emotes etc). But that said, most of my issues with this game that I really enjoy are with Activision and some of their choices. Some people simply don't understand the difference between a Game Developer and a Game Publisher and who makes what decisions ...

I don't hate Bungie but as a Halo fan and Xbox player, I felt betrayed by their deal with Sony. Eventually I got over it and stopped caring about the PS exclusives... But then they did it again for year two. Are they going to make exclusive content every year? And even putting that aside, Bungie is intentionally cryptic and doesn't inform the community well at all anymore. Halo's weekly updates used to contain good info about what was coming up and what changes were being made to the game. But with Destiny they wait until people datamine stuff before they tell us anything then act like we are at fault for wanting to know what we're spending our money on.
