hey, let's take seasonal holiday content, which most games just use as an excuse to pull wacky in-game shenanigans and have fun, aaand?
lock the requirements to potentially participate behind paywalls, and even then, leave it up to RNG to see if you get the mask you need to do the dumb quests.

and hey, you happen to like those cosmetic items? better hope you get some of that RNG paper glue so you can keep it. but hey, you get until Halloween (i assume) to snag your parent's credit card, or save up your lunch money or what the -blam!- ever, to buy the RNG packages you want. woops, better make sure it's at least $5.00 though, because that's the least you can spend on silver, making those smaller packages kind of pointless unless you plan on dropping $10.00 or more on these and overpriced emot-

It appears that you have the "options" to buy if you don't want to spend the time earning the masks yourself. The masks don't benefit people in anyway though so it is just for fun. Buy if you want the easy way out of just play the game.

iunno. it says "Gifts of the Lost", so i assume it's another one of those bags with a random rare mask and possibly some other things that you got from eva after doing the trick-or-treat stuff
