hey, let's take seasonal holiday content, which most games just use as an excuse to pull wacky in-game shenanigans and have fun, aaand?
lock the requirements to potentially participate behind paywalls, and even then, leave it up to RNG to see if you get the mask you need to do the dumb quests.

and hey, you happen to like those cosmetic items? better hope you get some of that RNG paper glue so you can keep it. but hey, you get until Halloween (i assume) to snag your parent's credit card, or save up your lunch money or what the -blam!- ever, to buy the RNG packages you want. woops, better make sure it's at least $5.00 though, because that's the least you can spend on silver, making those smaller packages kind of pointless unless you plan on dropping $10.00 or more on these and overpriced emot-

Do you not understand? That's the description for the item he was talking about. You can fill it up without spending a dime and still get masks, and complete the quests. It'll take longer, but you can still do it

It's entirely cosmetic, and you can get everything (except emotes) without spending anything at all. What is there to possibly be bothered about? It's all just horse armor.

You can buy masks with candy. And candy drops from minions of the dark -normal minion: 1 Candy -Major: 5 candy You need 150 candy to buy a new mask The average player will have plenty of masks by the time this event goes. It's not like you HAVE to spend silver.
