EXPLAIN YOUR ANSWER. For me It's luffy because gear 4th would wreck. Also he has the power of Armament haki which is his main defense against naruto and his Jinchuriki mode. Naruto has much more speed than luffy, even gear second probably couldn't keep up with naruto in any way. But I believe luffy has more sheer strength than naruto, but luffy would easily be able to dodge any ninjutsu naruto throws at him. It would all come down to hand to hand combat, and in my opinion, luffy is superior. Share your thoughts!
