I'm bored at work. Tell me which character has your scout rifle in question equipped and I'll rate it. Scale 1-5. 5 being the best. Ive used scouts more than anything for over a year now. Pvp and Pve Edit: I see a lot of vendor Hung Jury. 3 for Titans and Warlocks 3.5 for Hunters due to the Hunter class making up for reload issues the vendor version has. Last column of perks is weak in Pvp. Update: This has escalated quickly and I can't keep up. I've failed the community. I will start a thread discussing scout rifle perks. It will be a discussion thread about the pros and cons of scout rifle perks.
