I'll Rate Your Scouts
I'm bored at work.
Tell me which character has your scout rifle in question equipped and I'll rate it.
Scale 1-5.
5 being the best.
Ive used scouts more than anything for over a year now. Pvp and Pve
Edit: I see a lot of vendor Hung Jury.
3 for Titans and Warlocks
3.5 for Hunters due to the Hunter class making up for reload issues the vendor version has. Last column of perks is weak in Pvp.
Update: This has escalated quickly and I can't keep up. I've failed the community.
I will start a thread discussing scout rifle perks. It will be a discussion thread about the pros and cons of scout rifle perks. I'm sorry if I didn't get to your gun for rating.
*My opinion is based on my experiences and the opinions I've gotten from other scout users.

You all must bow before my TOS roll while farming cloaks last night. Treads upon Stars: Iron sight that increases reload speed Perk that increases reload speed when you get a kill with the final round Perk that increases reload speed when you get a precision kill (Outlaw) Perk that increases reload speed but reduces stability (Oiled Frame)
