Apparently by preordering the collectors edition, the expensive one. I got a call from my local GameStop last night and they told me that. I was very pleasantly surprised. So I will find out for sure when I get off work.

I just picked my collectors edition up, and sorry to break it to you but it is only a pre download. You can't play the game until the 27th.
