I tried doing VoG with a full team of 40s.
It took us 3 hours to get past Confulxes.
It took them 1 hour to beat Kings Fall.
45 mins for Crota.
VoG is a raid.
Kings Fall is a difficult puzzle with shooting mechanics.
Crota's End is a strike.
This is my opinion and my opinion is fact.

It wouldn't make a difference. As long as you are above level 30, you do as much as a level 40.

Being last man standing every ten minutes didn't help.

You must have had a terrible fireteam, or several vog newbies... or the whole group was just screwing around... I just can't see a serious, experienced team taking even half that time for Confluxes....

That's more of a testament to you sucking than VoG being difficult. Confluxes just consists of them throwing a ton of trash mobs at you- its literally a reskinned public event. No complexity, nothing to figure out besides cleansing, just trash mob after trash mob.

Glad I will never delete my raid weapons,I will not run a VoG or even a CE raid without others with the correct weapons.TTK weapons are totally useless in the old raids.
