Titan is a tank class, they deserve the health (maybe not the regen) but they aren't (supposedly) an offensive class. The super should last just a little less, but the Titans still need an op class for once.

I could have been a little more clear there but that's not what I meant by "still", I meant since the hunters had a go at having some of the best supers, it's only fair if for the victims of those supers to be able to counter it with their own OP super for a little.
