So I reported someone for cheating
I noticed this a hunter going into his menu in mid super. Shadow shot for days! At least eight time he used it and sky rocketed him to the top in this rumble match. I decided to message him for cheating.
His response and I quote:
[b]"I will message you in a week and tell you I won't get banned"[/b]
This is exactly the scum of this community that needs to get banned
Why do you need to cheat in a non competitive game mode! Or cheat at all!
The sad thing is that he probably won't get banned.

Over 200 replies! And trending.the fact that iron banana was this week only made this worse.
Only 400 replies. Did not expect this at all. Ppl saying it's not cheating and ppl saying it is. I've noticed ppl saying it isn't being very defensive. Bungie may not ban ya but hey let us know if you do to warn others that may be doing it. I think honestly if bungie were more explicit with their stance on this it would make the community be more at ease especially with iron banana. I've ran into this today about 5/6 games and in sometimes in teams of three. Might I say not all hunters are bad I messaged one and he said he was sorry that he was only trying it out. Not even mad.
I wonder if I can get to 1000 replies.

Oh no. He killed me in a game with a thing. Ban him. Haha. Chumps. Titans didn't get a ban neither will hunters. Pull the panties out of your crack and get over it.

3 AntwortenThis glitch is making me think twice about running more IB. Not because I don't want to lose to a glitch, but because I was having fun using quiver normally for area denial. I use that and the grasps so I have two smoke bombs to prevent the other team from capping flags. Works great, but I just assume I'm going to be reported every time I fire an arrow.

Its just a game man, it will get fixed soon. Hes probably having a lotta fun doing that, so he won't stop due to the fact that it is a [b]Game[/b] and hes having fun, also it'll get fixed really soon.

I've tried it once in a solo story mission and holy damn it's op shoot two then refresh shoot ads then repeat

4 AntwortenThis is not cheating this is more of an exploit of a flawed game with bugs. Cheating is what I witnessed the other day running a shield brothers strike with 2 randoms this hunter was afk and was about to get hit by the boss and teleport to the other side of the map I was just like wtf did I just see and it just happened over and over that is cheating.

Its really hard not yo use the glitch in pve, it really spreds up strikes. Pvp is unplayable as it is right now so i don't even bother.

6 AntwortenIt's an Exploit, not cheating, IMO... I main a warlock, and only play my hunter/titan for IB, outside of that I don't use them in PvP...so I really don't have an opinion, and I have also not ran into any sunbreaker/nightstalker exploiters...yet!

Easy solution - shut down pvp. All the shite in this game comes from the crucible. If you lot cant play nice you dont deserve your toys.
