I can see it now in the next weekly update
"We see that you all are using the hung jury for your go to weapon in pve, so we decided to remove the firefly perk from scouts, instead we will replace it with a perk that spawns more enemies when you get a precision kill with the hung jury. Have fun with your hand cannons! And remember to buy emotes!"
