It's not broken at all. It works as intended, and I used it in Crucible it doesn't give you a shield every time you get a kill with shotgun. You need more than one kill for it to trigger. Nothing is wrong with the Titan Exotic. It does not even give you a big advantage. Just a overshield similar to a Warlock overshield when they melee you. Its fine.
Whats broken is the Infinite arrows Tether for Hunters, that shit needs to get patched Asap.

There is a nasty glitch going on right now with tether. Being abused, you can get infinite arrows.

I won't use it in pvp I might use it in some pve but I never use tether in there

Yeah I feel like it would be cool to use once or twice (not that I can; Im a bad Hunter so I can't use those perks: not upgraded yet) but it also pisses people off so I definitely wouldn't do it more than once just to try it.

Its supposed to work every time? That would make it OP as hell. Read the description on the Exotic. It clearly says: "Shotgun "Kills" Trigger Force Barrier" Kills! Not every kill. Therefore you need more than one kill for it to activate which doesn't make it OP at all.

Necrochasm used to say have a chance, when it was RNG. They fixed it to be every time and it says "precision kills trigger cursed thrall explosions." So your logic is flawed.

You know you're in the wrong right? It's also not random, it uses your melee charge instead.. It's like an extended melee force barrier
