3 of coins.....
So my drop rate for these is so low that I'm at the point where using them isn't worth the strange coins, I've been averaging 25 3 of coins per exotic. That's the 35 strange coins per exotic.

3 AntwortenI don't know about anyone else... but I almost get one everytime I do the brothers strike... because I pop one before the fight and a quick one before 2nd one is downed. Just saying...

I got 2 exotics from 1 3 of coin today bahaha...but I did use 20 right before that with no luck

I avg 1/10 it's still RNG and sadly your RNG may be craptastic.

4 AntwortenIm currently farming exotic engrams at eye of the gate lord. I have used 23 so far and have 5 exotic drop. I do exactly what bungie described on their patch note that killing ultras fast and using TOC right after gives lower chance. So I pop 1 then kill then wait 5 minutes. Been woking for me since last week. Average of 1 exotic per 5-7 coins. The only downside is waiting 5 minutes. Lol

I have to say you are doing something wrong. I use about 5-7 and get a drop. Maybe on a badluck streak I use 12(last night) but if used correctly they work great. Either one per strike. Or use one then wait about 5min and do your farm run again. But you can't spam them like you use to

2 AntwortenI spent hundreds of SC's when ToC was first introduced, and farmed the hell out of that one ultra. The good: I got practically everything possible. The bad: nothing left (besides quest stuff) to get.

5 AntwortenYou have to place them right at the end that's how I did it and I do just fine some mid game tasks take your three of coins without giving exotics jut so you know.

Last week I have I think like 60 and I believe I got a total of about 4 exotic engram drops. It's terrible. They say the drop rate is the same, they are a bunch of lieing assholes.

2 AntwortenEither you're using them wrong or you're counting wrong because the actual average is somewhere around 1/7 or 1/8. Averaging 1/25 has a probability akin to winning the lottery.

3 AntwortenYou aren't using them right then. It's physically impossible to get them up to 25 3oC without getting an exotic. Each time you use one and don't get an engram, the chance of the next one is higher. You would have hit a 100% chance of an exotic engram by the 25th one easily. So you can't blame anyone other than yourself.
