[BUNGIE][UPDATED: 10/12 - 4:29PM PDT] Xbox consoles inaccurately recieving "Trial Ended," "Requires Xbox Live Gold" and "Purchase The Taken King" in-game messages
Hi everyone,
Bungie is aware of an ongoing issue that is impacting players on both Xbox 360 and Xbox One. This issue may include any of the following symptoms:
- A message saying "Your Trial has ended" or "You have reached the maximum level"
- An in-game offer to purchase Destiny: The Taken King despite already owning this content
- Inability to join activities that require Xbox Live Gold, including daily or weekly activities and the Crucible
We are working with our partners at Microsoft to investigate this issue. We will provide updates here as soon as they are available.

We are investigating a potential fix for this issue. If you continue to experience any of the above symptoms [u]after the time of this update[/u], please reply below with the [u]exact time the error occurred[/u] (including time-zone!), and specify which of the above symptoms you experienced.

We have implemented an additional fix for issues related to Xbox content authorization. If you are still experiencing issues related to "Purchase The Taken King" or "Your Trial has Ended" notifications, please try [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]restoring your licenses[/url]. If this does not resolve your issue, contact Microsoft Xbox Support to verify that your Xbox Live account has all of the required licenses attached to your account. If you are unable to resolve your issues by following these steps, please reply below.

1 Antworten7:36pm central time now. Me and my son share the same console. I have 3 characters all lvl 40 but for the past week has been giving me problems. My son can play at the moment but I can not as of late. I paid for this game and all the dlc including taken king which I can't even play. We share the same console and had issues with other games...just this one.

It is 6:34 est and all of the above has happened to me within the past week. Right now I am attempting to get on Destiny and it wont even start. I launch the game and it puts me at a black screen with the loading symbol and i have been at this for around an hour now. I have both the digital and disk versions of the game. I was also on destiny and playing approximately 30-45 minutes prior to the game not loading. I do not know if it matters or not but it does not even get as far as the "press A to start" screen.

It is 7:57pm est and for the past week now I have been trying ti buy the digital download of the taken king and it just says that it is unavailable. I have both prior expansions and been dying to continue on in the story, but it doesn't allow me to buy it. Only the 2 bundles that have the other expansions in them..... which I don't want or need. Any way to fix this? I checked to see if it was all installed properly and both expansions are installed

Are you guys going to fix your server issues so I can play your game without getting a code Baboon? This isn't on my end I've played Destiny for a year before without this issue occurring even once at all. It wasn't until the taken King released that I started experiencing this problem my internet is fine and I have no problem at all playing Forza 6, COD, and Killer Instinct online at all with 0 lag it's pretty ridiculous that after almost a month in and you haven't even addressed this issue at all but are now thinking of adding micro transactions? Please listen to your loyal fans and fix this issue first or I can't see destiny surviving to year three especially with this level of crappy support.

Also fix your servers..I did the daily heroic and at mission ending I got kicked off. My internet is not good but I seem to manage staying in another game or watch a movie on Netfix without "several" interuptions. I was also in crucible and during gameplay got blackscreen and when I went back in all my points got wiped and it was subtracted from the accumulated team points. I paid attention to the overall score to see if it did...because of past blackscreen incidents and it did happen. Nothing is worse though than lagging out of a mission you've already completed but it didn't give you legendary marks or showed as completed by filling in that daily heroic spot. Really frustrating and making what is known as "game-play" into game WORK making this not fun or social.

Ok I've done every possible reset and reinstall. I opened a trouble call with Xbox and they said the issue is all on bungie's end. Any idea when a fix will be? It's been a few days now and still not able to play anything but the trial version

For 3 weeks now prison of elders sound doesn't work! Only part of Destiny with issues... Get bits and pieces of sound bytes, or no sound! Please fix! All other aspects of game or game play works! Only POE has issues so it's not me or my system!

Im on day 4: still experiecing "purchase the taken king" everywhere on destiny for my xbox one. Signed out of my account and restarted my console sevral times everyday since this issue has started. I already bought the legendary dlc but wanted the collectors edition. So when I got the on-screen prompts I purchased the collectors edition for 80 but I did not receive my class items or my shaders. I did receive the spark of light. What should I do?

I'm still getting an issue on ps3 where I'm locked out of Light 240 Dark Below missions even though I've completed the DLC and have zero abandoned quests. Only seems to apply to Dark Below quests but it's enough to make me not want to play Destiny until it's resolved.
