[BUNGIE][UPDATED: 10/12 - 4:29PM PDT] Xbox consoles inaccurately recieving "Trial Ended," "Requires Xbox Live Gold" and "Purchase The Taken King" in-game messages
Hi everyone,
Bungie is aware of an ongoing issue that is impacting players on both Xbox 360 and Xbox One. This issue may include any of the following symptoms:
- A message saying "Your Trial has ended" or "You have reached the maximum level"
- An in-game offer to purchase Destiny: The Taken King despite already owning this content
- Inability to join activities that require Xbox Live Gold, including daily or weekly activities and the Crucible
We are working with our partners at Microsoft to investigate this issue. We will provide updates here as soon as they are available.

We are investigating a potential fix for this issue. If you continue to experience any of the above symptoms [u]after the time of this update[/u], please reply below with the [u]exact time the error occurred[/u] (including time-zone!), and specify which of the above symptoms you experienced.

We have implemented an additional fix for issues related to Xbox content authorization. If you are still experiencing issues related to "Purchase The Taken King" or "Your Trial has Ended" notifications, please try [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]restoring your licenses[/url]. If this does not resolve your issue, contact Microsoft Xbox Support to verify that your Xbox Live account has all of the required licenses attached to your account. If you are unable to resolve your issues by following these steps, please reply below.

Why can I get nobody from bungie to tell me why I'm missing all stuff for being year one. Sparrow shader etc , but my gf got it.....

got routed here from https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/160772956/0/0 I still cannot access any Heroic level Dark Below content (like the Daily Heroic issue from 10/8). I contacted Xbox support tonight as suggested above, and they said my licenses are fine and the problem must be on Bungie's end. please help

@bungie Did all of that and spoke with Microsoft AGAIN! and they are stating that it is Bungie who needs to fix this problem.

1 Antworten@bungiehelp I'm still getting babooned and constantly contact its to destiny servers. I keep getting "kicked" but somehow get back in the game I was kicked...just to be kicked again. Please help. I want to run a smooth iron banner tomorrow.

2 AntwortenI have taken King and I played it plenty of times, recently when I open up destiny it says I don't have Taken King. I checked to see if I deleted it by mistake. But no I have it installed. So I wanna play destiny but I can't because my taken King doesn't work, can anyone help me??

1 Antworten10:20am eastern time, Xbox One, this is day 4 or 5 that it is asking me to purchase the Taken king again, this is beyond annoying and I'm seriously wanting all the money back that I've spent on destiny. Why have I paid so much money on something that I can not play. FIX THIS ASAP.

It's been 5 days now and Xbox support says they are waiting for an update or patch from bungie. Can we at least get an update from bungie staff when this will be fixed? Trial mode is all I can play

Honestly, Bungie I love Destiny. I think you did a great job. You have plenty of objectives to work towards(I.E Trials of Osiris, Iron Banner, Hard Mode King's fall raid), but those who can't play taken king because of a bug are loosing out of prized time. For me, I just play year 1 crucible, finish my bounties for the day, and work on re-finishing the original story to get the legendary stranger's rifle. For me, though I am still occupied, I'm very dissatisfied with Bungie's assertiveness to this topic. I have played TTK for the first 3 and a half weeks, and my HD tv recently broke, so i switched back to my xbox 360, only to be disappointed with the fact that i could not play taken king content. Honestly, I've waited a near 5 days, and the issue still has not been fixed? Please Bungie, release the update tomorrow, because iron banner is lauching tomorrow, and i'm sure most of us don't want to miss it. Oh wait, let's not forget trials of Osiris. iron banner will be the perfect opportunity to try new weapons. Thank You for reading my post, I would sincerely appreciate it if the update is launched very, very soon.

On day 7 with this issue: purchased taken king , telling me to purchase taken king again, getiing really aggravated now, advised to uninstall and reinstall the game but couldnt because as aoon as i uninstalled i had no option to reinstall, still tells me to purchase it again. This is dumb already...
