New exotic perk
I just had an idea of an exotic weapon perk. Not sure what to call it but... Any way it would go in a scout rifle hand cannon or sniper and If you got a precision shot it would go back to the mag, but there is a cool down of 3-9 seconds or so. just an idea though.
