So it seems even people who have completed the raid several times are still having BIG trouble beating Oryx...
And for people below 295 it's near impossible! So the question id like to know is do you think oryx is to difficult and involve to much, I haven't beat him yet, not even got past the second wave.... And have tried with a full fire team of people who have beat him several times....

Oryx is to easy hope hard mode is more challenging

Honestly, no, as long as all the team follow 1 persons lead you will be fine. the problem if anything is that 1-2 people making silly mistakes not following the tactics of everyone else or dying messing up timing can ruin a team. The other issue I found was that to many people wont stick to a team. People hope in do 2 rounds and hope out try find another team. These people are the reason people have difficulty completing it as when doing it with randoms its going to take a few rounds for everyone to get it down unless you're already knowledgeable regarding most of the different tactic choices.

6 AntwortenGolgoroth is harder, and will be the hardest boss in hard mode i think

No, stay in school.

Is English too difficult?
-
Front right platform lol, always front right!!! That is my role, that ogre is mine :)
-
He is a paper cut between your toes with a drop of hand sanitizer, but not too hard

1 AntwortenIt's really honestly not that hard, me and my buddy's 4 manned it yesterday. If someone can 4 man it easily, the raid isn't impossible. Especially at 295 light.
-
Na it's a cakewalk raid fastest time I beat the whole raid was like 2 hours with MULTIPLE fireteam replacements
-
9 AntwortenIt's recommended light 300, that's why 295- are having trouble.
-
It's a really easy raid overall. I've beaten oryx himself about 20+ times.
-
It's all coordination and mechanics beaten him four times all three of my characters have gone through him. Just need a good group to tackle him with. Once the routine is down is actually quite fun. My group finds golgoroth the worst.

A fireteam that knows the battle makes it's pretty easy. I ran it last week with randoms and we killed him without a wipe.
-
I beat him on my 280 warlock (290 now) but he isn't hard at all - just gotta know he mechanics
-
Oryx can be a complex individual, until you really get inside and see what makes him tick.
-
No, it's actually easy, people just have to be consistent and on point for 4 rounds
-
I don't think so, and I haven't beaten him yet, do you know hard it was to kill atheon in the beginning? That is until people figured out you could push him off the edge of course. Then once a lot of people had done it, they decided it was too easy and made the people who get teleported random, added a real element of chaos taking new people through.

3 AntwortenThe hardest part of the whole raid is being consistent. Everyone on your team doing it right every time.
and the stupid jumping I'm apparently so bad at
-
3 AntwortenIt's more complicated than difficult. I play with a team that has a set role for everyone. Plus 4 of us with ToM. We clear it quick now with our core team BUT if we have a ringer or new runner, it can take a while for them to understand where to be and when. Just survive ads, play your part and focus on your role. If all 6 of you do this, then you'll be fine.

Lol my warlock was 285 and we brought him through. Of course I have completed it on my hunter and had touch of malice but i couldn't stun the Ogres. So I was put on floater duty. But overall it 2 runs because first run we got wrecked
-
Think it's a very simple fight. Hardest part is getting the fire team to communicate.
-
-
The only thing is it can't be done with a bit of lag...
-
6 AntwortenHonestly not hard at all if everyone does there part. Hardest part is killing that -blam!-er in the fog. And the occasional platform glitch
